A perfect example of this beacon of educational superiority was seen recently in Calixico, California where the school board president is busy with his telephone ringing off the hook.

See, they are in the process of building a new school to deal with the over-crowding issues. Great idea right? Oh yah!! We forgot to get the permits to build a ROAD to that new school!

But don’t worry just yet…
