		<description>i would like to address the false information given by this person. The amex dispute dept does have phones and they do communicate with the dspute customer . they will call you to clarify a matter, if they need adtl info or to give u a final resolution. Plz note this person did not say why they refused to credit his account. I have dealt with amex and they gave me an eye opening. Before you sign on the dotted line READ very powerful read. If he had read the agreement and decline to make the purchase because he was smart enough to read then he would not have had that problem and he would not be setting up a false claim. plz do not blame the cc co blame your ignorance.</description>
