So this video just made me laugh.  I mean, I guess it is a good concept in theory, but what is it good for in practice?  I have no other information on this product other than this video, so if anyone knows anything about it I would appreciate hearing more.

Anyway, this is a wind up power generator for your Nintendo DS.  You can see in the video that it actually does work, but I can’t figure out how you would play and keep supplying the power!  Wouldn’t it just be easier to buy an extra set of batteries?

The one thing I will give this thing is that it has some true Geek appeal.  I mean how cool is it that this guy rigged up a power supply for his Nintendo?
