PayPerPost has many, many 'neutral' offers (which are allowed to be negative, if that's how you feel). Also, you're allowed to pick and choose if you want to review something or not, if you don't want to give a positive review, you don't have to take the offer. If you're genuinely curious, I strongly suggest you visit http://boards.payperpost.com/ where the community of posties & PPP staff are happy to answer any questions. Not all websites/companies are created equal. PayPerPost has many, many ‘neutral’ offers (which are allowed to be negative, if that’s how you feel). Also, you’re allowed to pick and choose if you want to review something or not, if you don’t want to give a positive review, you don’t have to take the offer.

While my observations were based on the Tech Crunch article, i have tried signing up to sites that used a Pay Per Post method.
