This is whatever but truth be known quantum theory explains better than what this guy is trying to say:
Quantum mechanics describes the strange things that happen in the subatomic world - such as the way photons and electrons behave both as particles and waves. By one interpretation, nothing at the subatomic scale can really be said to exist until it is observed.
Until then, particles occupy nebulous "superposition" states, in which they can have simultaneous "up" and "down" spins, or appear to be in different places at the same time.
According to quantum mechanics, unobserved particles are described by "wave functions" representing a set of multiple "probable" states. When an observer makes a measurement, the particle then settles down into one of these multiple options represented by "bush looking branches" representing different outcomes or dimensions now commonly termed multiple universes.

this is absolutely not true.. if parallel universes were true, it wouldn't only be located in our universe, but in another... okay... in our world, everything's possible, so i guess we just have to wait...

there are billions of people in the world who've also done the things we've done.. like for example if you buy a shirt with an emo-smiley.. there would be a probability that you'd meet some people with that shirt because it is saleable..

-This is proof of only someone's ability to take a picture! I and many others probably had better experiences with deja vu than this before. Next time be sure of that little thing called "evidence". And I agree this looks staged. I tried to gather insight on a few people's belief that toons actually exist however their stories bring forth more confusion than the inquiry itself now can anyone present hard evidence to support that insane train of thought? I for some inexplicable reason am desperate to hear it.
