How does this happen? How does a kid manage to climb in to a space where sometimes the opening isn’t big enough to retrieve my stuffed plush lobster prize.

Where are the parents? Did anyone not see the kid climbing up in to the machine? Would it be easier to just use a dollar and try and get him out that way? Also, is it really that bad? Where else would a kid want to be except the small confines of a plush toy prize machine.
