It’s always a good thing to keep track of how you’re spending your money and whether or not you’re spending more money per month than you make. With the Reports page you can view all this information at the click of a button. On the reports page you can see your total spending and deposits for the last 10 months. Below each month you will see the totals of how much you spent, deposited and what your net gain/loss for that month is. If you spend more in a given month than you deposited, the background turns red. If you deposited more than you spent, the background is green.

There are also some statistics generated below the 10 month total results. You can see how much you spent for the last 10 months as well as how much you deposited and how much you saved/lost (depending on whether your expenditures were higher than your deposits).

Below the 10 month overall statistics, you will be shown a list of all the payment categories and how much you spent on each one for the last 10 months. This is a great way to see how much you’re spending and find ways to cut back on certain things if you’re running tight on money.

ClearCheckbook provides a simple and easy to use interface for you to manage your finances. When you log in, you are taken to an accounts summary page that lists all of your deposits and withdrawals. Next to each entry is an option to edit or delete that specific item. You can also see what each entry was for (assuming you enter this when adding an item) as well as what account it is for. At the top of the listing is a total of how much money you have at the current time.
