When I originally commented I clicked the “Notify me when new feedback are added” checkbox and now each time a comment is added I get 4 emails with the identical comment. Is there any means you possibly can remove me from that service? Thanks

Good point. Tweaks to optimize the loading and opening of pages are possible. The 'increasing bandwidth' claims are not.

The XP tweaks are to optimize your internet speed, i have NEVER seen any that actually say they will increase it.

The tweaks DO work for most PCs and normally alter the registry to speed up web pages etc.

So your not entirely right.
